[WHAT]
'The Last stop.', is the board game which has a vision to educate, detect and combat against human trafficking with in hotels.
115,140 annual victims with in the hospitality industry. 93,800 victims of sex trafficking in Hotels, and 6,840 victims of forced labour within hotels. Which caters that 63% of sex trafficking incidents are involved with in hotels. Which is why this needs to be brought to life and executed to make it easier to sense and report Human Trafficking.
My challenge was too; Create an easy to use, informative campaign designed to increase the awareness of human trafficking. Supply resources on how to spot and act on it. In the aim to raise awareness, detection and pro activeness of human trafficking taking place in hotels.
This was a client based project which is now being taken to implement on to the hospitality course for Cardiff Metropolitan University.

[WHY]
Why can human trafficking happen in such a populated industry such as hotels which are full of people. Surely they would see suspicious behaviour and report it. Hotels are design for traffickers, obviously not on purpose but they are a traffickers paradise. Automated check ins, untrained staff, privacy for guests and staff being told they have to do what ever the customer wants or needs even if its immoral. This really does show why Human Trafficking gets the name the ‘Invisible Crime’. As if they didn’t want to see anyone while they stay, they don’t have to. Which there for is the gap, that has to be closed it cant be this easy.

The primary objective, which is the most important is to Educate detection of Human trafficking which is happening with in hotels. Staff are normally ‘On the Job’ trained. Therefore they don’t have the advanced skills nor trained on human rights or other peoples. This is making it far more easier for Human Traffickers to get away with the crime. Staff and managers need to become more pro-active. 'The Last Stop.' is the answer, implemented within hotels.

[HOW]
These are the key elements that make up the brand and its identity. When talking about the name last start it was emphasising the importance this training kit can have in order for the victims journey to stop. Yet what’s key to understand is there is stops before us that needed to be thought of when teaching employees and staff. ‘Interpol’ explains these three steps: Act is the recruitment/ travel stage, linking this with the first stop in our game to understand the subject, fighting back. The second is Means and signs for example how they get used, To fight against this would be our third stop detect. Then the purpose which is how they are get exploiting, which we fight against this through combating, using our knowledge to fight against human trafficking. Leading you to us the last stop which all together will end human trafficking with in hotels.
